MatchToCollege is a search and discovery engine for courses, colleges, and institutions, assisting students by providing information on admission processes and program details. We guide students through the application process and acquaint them with all available study options.
MatchToCollege does not take applications/registrations on behalf of any college or institution. By using our platform, you are seeking the assistance and counseling services of the MatchToCollege team.
Eligibility
MatchToCollege is not designed to attract users below 13 years of age. By using this portal, you warrant that you fulfill this minimum age requirement. Users under 18 must access MatchToCollege under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely liable for any activity conducted using your user account and accept all risks and responsibilities for such actions.
You explicitly agree to receive SMS, WhatsApp, and Emails containing information about colleges and courses you apply to, as well as related educational opportunities.
Communications & Opt-Out

You consent to receive communications even if your number is on the DND/NCPR list. This consent remains valid for 365 days from registration and aligns with the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) framework.
Right to Opt-Out

Intellectual Property Rights
MatchToCollege holds sole rights to all digital content, including site layout, software, images, text, and counseling algorithms. Logos and trademarks cannot be used without prior written permission.
Third-party content (college logos, public data) is used for identification purposes only and belongs to their respective owners. Scrapping, crawling, or republishing our database for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Refund & Cancellation
Monetary transactions are processed via secure payment gateway partners. MatchToCollege takes no responsibility for payment discrepancies. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (e.g., duplicate payments).
Payments received after university application deadlines may result in rejection by the institution. MatchToCollege is not liable for missed deadlines or non-refundable application fees charged by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
MatchToCollege is not liable for data theft, system damage, or misinformation occurring due to external links provided on the platform. Users use such links at their own risk. We do not monitor third-party content for accuracy or reliability.
Governing Law
All legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
