Two things stand out. QA has the highest sectional weight in the shortlist (23 points), while VARC has the highest in the final stage (20 points). And work experience counts for only 3 points at shortlisting, so freshers are not at a big disadvantage on that front.

The qualifying cutoff of 90 is only the entry point. Indore does not publish the percentile at which calls are made; coaching analyses suggest that for freshers from common engineering backgrounds it clusters in the high 90s, while strong academics, reserved-category status or diversity points can bring calls at lower percentiles. Use that as a rough guide, not a rule.
