This course provides students with an understanding of key concepts in Hospital and Health System Management using a real-time approach in a series of seminars, interactive classes, and webinars, which enable the students to apply the concepts in Hospital and health system management. Critical thinking and problem-solving approach-based training using presentations are included in this program. The program also offers opportunities to develop capabilities to handle challenges in health care organizations.
